"ปานปรีย์" เข้าพบ รมว.ต่างประเทศ "อิหร่าน" ขอช่วยเจรจาปล่อยตัวประกันไทย

1 พฤศจิกายน 2566 นายปานปรีย์ พหิทธานุกร รองนายกรัฐมนตรี และรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศ เข้าพบหารือกับ ดร.ฮุซัยน์ อะมีร อับดุลลอฮิยอน รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศ สาธารณรัฐอิสลาม อิหร่าน ที่กรุงโดฮา รัฐกาตาร์ ซึ่งทั้งไทย และอิหร่าน ได้เยือนกาตาร์ในช่วงเดียวกัน

โดยนายปานปรีย์ แสดงความยินดี ที่ได้พบกับรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศอิหร่าน และทั้ง 2 ฝ่าย ได้แสดงความห่วงกังวล ต่อสถานการณ์ความไม่สงบในอิสราเอล โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งผลกระทบต่อพลเรือนผู้บริสุทธิ์ ในการนี้ ฝ่ายไทย ขอรับการสนับสนุนจากอิหร่าน ให้มีการปล่อยตัวคนไทย ที่ถูกจับเป็นตัวประกัน ซึ่งฝ่ายอิหร่าน รับจะให้การสนับสนุนอย่างเต็มความสามารถ

นอกจากนี้ ทั้งสองฝ่ายได้หารือเกี่ยวกับการขยายความร่วมมือทวิภาคี และการส่งเสริมความสัมพันธ์ในทุกมิติ ตลอดจนแลกเปลี่ยนมุมองเกี่ยวกับพัฒนาการในภูมิภาคด้วย

On 31 October 2023, H.E. Mr. Parnpree Bahiddha-Nukara, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, discussed with H.E. Dr. Hossein Amir-Abdollahian, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic or Iran.

The Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs expressed his delight in meeting with the Iranian Foreign Minister while both sides were visiting Qatar at the same. Both sides expressed their concerns about the situation in Israel, especially the effects on innocent civilians. On this occasion, the Thai side requested cooperation and support from the Iranian side to expedite for the release of the innocent hostages, both foreigners and Thais, for which the Iranian side confirmed its full support.

Furthermore, both sides also discussed expanding bilateral relations, and promoting cooperation in all dimensions, and exchanged views on regional development.
