รอง อสส.นำทีมบอลอัยการอาเซียนพลัส บุกไปตีเสมอ วีไอพีสมุย 2-2

เมื่อวันที่ 15มิ.ย.ผู้สื่อข่าวรายงานว่าเมื่อวันที่ 13 มิ.ย.ที่ผ่านมา ชมรมฟุตบอลอัยการและสำนักงานอัยการจังหวัดเกาะสมุย ได้ร่วมกันจัดฟุตบอลนัดพิเศษ International Solidarity Match 

 

เพื่อความสมานฉันท์ของพนักงานอัยการอาเซียนและเจ้าหน้าที่ในกระบวนการยุติธรรมของพันธมิตรประเทศคู่เจรจาอาเซียน (ASEAN Dialogue Partners)  มีการจัดการแข่งขันฟุตบอลกระชับมิตรระหว่างทีมอัยการอาเซียนพลัส(ASEAN Prosecutor+) กับทีมวีไอพี สมุย 

 

โดยทีมอัยการอาเซียนพลัส นำทีมโดยนายมงคล จิรชัยสกุล รองอัยการสูงสุด นายจุมพล พันธุ์สัมฤทธิ์ อัยการอาวุโสที่ปรึกษาชมรมฟุตบอลอัยการ Mr. Ivan Chau รองหัวหน้าอัยการฝ่ายอาญาประเทศสิงคโปร์ Ms. Yongjoo Kwon พนักงานอัยการประเทศเกาหลีใต้ และ Mr. Hunter McGee ผู้ช่วยทูตฝ่ายข่าวกรอง สถานเอกอัครราชทูตออสเตรเลีย และประธานประชาคมผู้ช่วยทูตฝ่ายยาเสพติดและอาชญากรรม พร้อมด้วยพนักงานอัยการ และเจ้าหน้าที่ในกระบวนการยุติธรรม และทูตานุทูตจากประเทศอินโดนีเซีย ญี่ปุ่น สาธารณรัฐเกาหลี ออสเตรเลีย เยอรมันอังกฤษ และลักเซมเบอร์ก

ส่วนทีมวีไอพีสมุย นำทีมโดยนายสมชาย พูลสวัสดิ์ ประธานมูลนิธิรวมพลคนสมุยและอดีตอธิบดีกรมสรรพสามิต นายธีรพันธุ์ ชูดำ อัยการจังหวัดเกาะสมุย และนายวีรพล วัชรสินธุ ประธานชุมชนบางเก่า รองประธาน กต.ตรสภ.เกาะสมุย และที่ปรึกษานายอำเภอเกาะสมุย พร้อมด้วยพนักงานอัยการและเจ้าหน้าที่ในกระบวนการยุติธรรมและฝ่ายปกครอง และภาคเอกชนของเกาะสมุย

 

 

ซึ่งการแข่งขันครัังนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อให้พนักงานอัยการไทย พนักงานอัยการอาเซียน พนักงานอัยการและเจ้าหน้าที่ในกระบวนการยุติธรรมของประเทศคู่เจรจาอาเซียน รวมทั้งเจ้าหน้าที่หน่วยงานอื่นของไทยและภาคเอกชน ได้มีโอกาสพบปะสร้างความสัมพันธ์ฉันท์มิตร เพื่อประโยชน์ในการประสานงานเพิ่มความร่วมมือในการปราบปรามอาชญากรรมข้ามชาติระหว่างกันให้มีประสิทธิภาพ 

โดยสำนักงานอัยการสูงสุดของประเทศไทยเป็นผู้ริเริ่มเสนอให้ก่อตั้งองค์กรของพนักงานอัยการอาเซียน จนเป็นผลสำเร็จ โดยให้องค์การอาเซียนก่อตั้งที่ประชุมอัยการสูงสุดอาเซียน (ASEAN Prosecutors/Attorneys General Meeting (APAGM)) ภายใต้กฎบัตรอาเซียน ในการประชุมสุดยอดอาเซียน (ASEAN Summit) ครั้งที่ 47 ณ กรุงกัวลาลัมเปอร์ มาเลเซีย เมื่อเดือนตุลาคม 2568 

 

 

การแข่งขันฟุตบอลครั้งนี้ถือเป็นกิจกรรมครั้งแรกอย่างไม่เป็นทางการของที่ประชุมอัยการสูงสุดอาเซียนหรือองค์กรอัยการอาเซียนด้วยโดยการแข่งขันฟุตบอลนัดพิเศษครั้งนี้ จัดที่สนามฟุตบอล Maraleina Sports Resort  โดยร่วมจัดการแข่งขันและได้รับการสนับสนุนจากสำนักงานอัยการจังหวัดเกาะสมุย Maraleina Sports Resort และโรงแรม Banana Fan Sea 

 

 

ทั้งนี้ ก่อนการแข่งขันจะเริ่มขึ้น ผู้เล่นทั้งสองทีมและผู้รับชมได้ร่วมกันจัดให้มีพิธียืนสงบนิ่งไว้อาลัยเป็นเวลา 1 นาทีเพื่อถวายความอาลัยและน้อมรำลึกในพระกรุณาธิคุณแด่ สมเด็จพระเจ้าลูกเธอ เจ้าฟ้าพัชรกิติยาภา นเรนทิราเทพยวดี กรมหลวงราชสาริณีสิริพัชร มหาวัชรราชธิดา

 

ผลการแข่งขันปรากฏว่าทั้งสองทีมเสมอกันไปด้วยสกอร์ 2-2 ซึ่งภายหลังการแข่งขันทีมวีไอพีสมุยได้นำนักฟุตบอลทีมอัยการอาเซียนพลัส ทัศนศึกษาดูทัศนียภาพของเกาะสมุยและชมวัฒนธรรมไทย เช่น หินตาหินยาย วัดพระใหญ่และเกาะแตนเกาะมัดสุม เป็นต้น

 

International Solidarity Football Match for ASEAN Prosecutors and Partners
The Thailand Prosecutor F.C. and the Koh Samui Provincial Prosecutor Office organized a special International Solidarity Match to promote unity and friendship among ASEAN prosecutors and justice officials from ASEAN Dialogue Partner countries. The match was held between the ASEAN Prosecutor+ Team and the VIP Samui Team.
The ASEAN Prosecutor+ Team was led by Mr. Mongkol Chirachaisakul, Deputy Attorney General of Thailand; Mr. Jumpon Phansumrit, Senior Public Prosecutor and Advisor to the Thailand Prosecutor F.C.; Mr. Ivan Chau, Deputy Chief Prosecutor of Singapore; Ms. Yongjoo Kwon, Korean Prosecutor; and Mr. Hunter McGee, Intelligence Officer at the Australian Embassy in Bangkok, and President of Foreign Anti-Narcotics and crime Community (FANC). The team also included prosecutors, justice officials, and diplomats from Indonesia, Japan, the Republic of Korea, Australia, Germany, the United Kingdom, and Luxembourg.
The VIP Samui Team was led by Mr. Somchai Poolsavasdi, President of the Samui Unity Foundation and former Director-General of the Excise Department; Mr. Teerapan Choodam, Koh Samui Chief Provincial Prosecutor; and Mr. Veeraphol Vatcharasinthu, President of Bang Kao Community, Vice Chairman of the Community-Police Relations Committee of Koh Samui Police Station, and Advisor to the Koh Samui District Chief. The team also included prosecutors, justice officials, administrative officers, and private sector representatives from Koh Samui.
The objective of the match was to provide an opportunity for Thai prosecutors, ASEAN prosecutors, prosecutors and justice officials from ASEAN Dialogue Partner countries, as well as officials from other Thai agencies and the private sector, to strengthen friendship and cooperation. The event aimed to enhance coordination and improve collaboration in combating transnational crimes more effectively.
The Office of the Attorney General of Thailand initiated and successfully proposed the establishment of an ASEAN prosecutors’ body, leading to the creation of the ASEAN Prosecutors/Attorneys General Meeting (APAGM) under the ASEAN Charter at the 47th ASEAN Summit in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, in October 2025. This football match also marked the first informal activity of the APAGM.
 
The special football match was held on 13 June 2026 at Maraleina Sports Resort football field, jointly organized and supported by the Koh Samui Provincial Prosecutor Office, Maraleina Sports Resort, and Banana Fan Sea Hotel. The result of the match was that draw 2-2 
Following the match, the VIP Samui Team hosted the ASEAN Prosecutor+ Team on a sightseeing tour around Koh Samui, where they experienced Thai culture and visited famous attractions such as Hin Ta and Hin Yai Rocks, Big Buddha Temple, Koh Tan, and Koh Madsum.
