important thing in a crisis like this is to not panic and to think clearly. COVID -19, I will fight you to the very end and survive you. The most difficult part was saying goodbye to the children. Leaving them parentless for an unknown amount of time breaks my heart, but at least grandma and grandpa will be with them. I hope Demi will still remember me when I return. I hope Dylan wont be angry with mommy and daddy for disappearing from his life. Mommy and Daddy will be back as soon as we can. No crying as tears may spread the virus.
Information that may be useful:
1. What I know right now is that I caught COVID -19 from Matthew. The majority of confirmed cases where one partner has it means that the other partner will also have it. I havent gone out so I caught it within my own home. Dylans results came back as Undetectable. Demi did not go get tested as taking her outside may bring more risk of catching it. Both kids are normal right now. Happy, playing, eating, sleeping, and are healthy. We need to keep watching for any symptoms that may appear.
2. Everyone else, our family, friends and staff results came out negative. Undetectable. But even so, everyone must be on high alert and watch for symptoms that may first appear like the onset of a cold. If symptoms appear, they must get retested. Everyone in the household must live like we all might be a carrier of the virus. Masks, washing hands, not eating together using the same utensils, etc. Keep the spreading controlled. Watch out for saliva and tears. To be detectable, you must have a high enough amount of virus in your system.IMPORTANT: Results that come out as undetectable does not rule out that you do not have this virus. Those at risk must remain alert for symptoms.
